  28.         The evaluation copy licence agreement (as found in EVALLIC.DSM)
  29.         won't let you develop commercial programs with DSMI/2. If you want
  30.         to develop such programs, you need to purchase a commercial licence.

  32.         To get a commercial licence to use DSMI/2, you need to fill
  33.         the order form below and mail it with signed Commercial Licence Agreement
  34.         (LICENCE.DSM) to Julien Pierre. Only printed form is acceptable.
  35.         After you have filled the form correctly, pay the price of DSMI/2
  36.         using methods indicated later in this document.
